1. Valk Loyal balance

With the help of your Valk Account you log in before or during the placing of your online booking to enjoy the Valk Loyal benefits.
At regular rates you receive € 5 Valk Loyal balance per room per night.

1.1. At reduced rates such as packages, non-refundable, last-minute and early-bird rates you will receive € 2.50 Valk Loyal balance per person, regardless of the number of nights or number of packages you have booked. You receive a welcome drink on arrival per stay.

1.2. You will receive your Valk Loyal balance, if booked with the help of your Valk Account, credited to your Valk Account at the end of your stay. This is valid up to 3 years following date of charge.

The Valk Loyal balance saved by you can be redeemed at the participating Valk Exclusief and Van der Valk Hotels with the help of your Valk Account.

Cashing is possible from a balance of € 5, rounded off to dozens.
Your Valk Loyal Balance can only be redeemed on hotel stays and not be transferred between different Valk Accounts or redeemed against cash or Valk Gift cards.

We can not add ValkLoyal balance to your ValkAccount with retroactive effect. ValkLoyal only applies when you use a ValkAccount.

2. Valk Bonus balance

Valk Bonus balance is an extra discount balance of the Valk Exclusief Hotels.

You receive this extra discount by participating in various promotions of the Valk Exclusief Hotels.

2.1. For each reservation you can redeem a maximum of € 5 Valk Bonus balance

2.2. Valk Bonus balance can not be redeemed afterwards on an already placed booking

2.3. Valk Bonus balance can only be redeemed at Valk Exclusief Hotels

2.4. The validity of your Valk Bonus balance is always valid. You can find the validity in the Valk Bonus activation email and in your Valk Account on your dashboard via 'your data' and then 'transactions'. The validity of your Valk Bonus balance can not be extended.

30, 15, 7 and 2 days in advance you will receive a reminder by email regarding the expiration of your Valk Bonus balance.

25. The Valk Bonus balance will lapse if a reservation is canceled after the validity of the Bonus. If the cancellation falls within the validity date, you will receive the Valk Bonus balance refunded to your Valk Account.

2.6. Your Valk Bonus balance can only be redeemed on hotel stays and can not be transferred between different Valk Accounts or redeemed against cash or Valk Gift cards.

3. Valk Exclusief Ambassador balance

3.1 As Falcon Exclusive Ambassador you will receive € 5 Falcon Bonus balance per Falcon Account created on your invitation.

3.2 To be eligible for this Bonus Balance, you send your invitations from your Valk Account, from where the invitees receive an email with activation link.

3.3 If your guest has made a reservation using the Valk Account created via the invitation and has checked it out then he receives Valk Ambassadeurs' balance on the first booking.

This balance has the same conditions as regular Valk Loyal balance, with the restriction that this can only be redeemed at Valk Exclusive hotels.

3.4 The invited Valk Accounts receive € 5 Valk Bonus balance upon activation of the Valk Account from the invitation you send.

3.5 You can not invite yourself. Double-created accounts in their own name can not be taken into account for the ambassador program.

4. Van der Valk Corporates

As a corporate guest you do not save any Valk Loyal balance on corporate rates and you can not redeem this balance. The Corporate rates can be booked via the Corporate portal at www.vandervalkcorporates.nl.

You do, however, have the option of receiving a corporate guest Valk Loyal balance and cashing in on public rates.

5. Lifting your Valk Account

With your Valk Account you are in the digital environment of the Van der Valk Exclusief and Van de Valk Hotels.

We reserve the right to block your Valk Account and to remove the accrued balance from the account on suspicion of any misuse of the Valk Account, unlawful actions or at the request of our hotels.

6. Modification of the general terms and conditions

Van der Valk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time at their own discretion.
